If a customer is found to be concealing
any merchandise in her pocket or bag,
during shopping, the employee must
inform immediately the security/client
service on duty. This is to approach the
customer and offer them assistant.

The Cu entrance guard must require in
polite manner to request the customer
to removed their cap and facemask
upon entering.

Security of our store and merchandise is

The cashier must ensure to check and
inspect all cash bill for authenticity. The
cashier must also issue a transaction
receipt after every customer purchase.

Customer eating our merchandise
during shopping shall be discretely
reported to the cashier supervisor on
duty to remind customers during

required to check all customer receipt
and inspect all bags of suspicious
individuals.

SEQUENCE 10
In the event of minor apprehension of
shoplifting, the store officer shall
immediately contact the minor’s
guardian or turn-over to the nearest
barangay or local PNP.
SEQUENCE 13
The receiving personnel is required to
conduct opening and weighing of
merchandise during delivery. This is to
avoid discrepancy of items delivered by
vendor or delivery personnel.
SEQUENCE 16
The store operations may invite any
security & safety personnel to conduct
regular building inspection such as
lightings, infrastructure, electrical
safety, perimeter and access points.

During employees break time or toilet
break, the employee is required to
submit themselves for frisking and
inspection and shall wait for the
availability of any personnel assigned
to conduct frisking.
SEQUENCE 14
The CSS-receiving is required to check
and inspect all items exiting the area.
This include waste disposal, RTV and
BO. They are also required to body-frisk
all personnel both employees and
vendors during exit.

The store operation is required to invite
and include the opening/closing
security personnel if a pep-talk or
toolbox will take place.
SEQUENCE 12
The Gate controller is required to check
all employee purchase receipt, bags,
waste disposal before exiting the area.
In such that concealment of
merchandise are discovered, the GCT
shall immediately inform the store
officer for validation.
SEQUENCE 15
During store close, the store officers
and security personnel on duty are
required to conduct thorough clearing
inspection to the store, this include but
not limited to padlocks, roll up, genset,
electric plugs and appliances.

The security personnel deployed is
required to report all defective security
system such as CCTV and alarm
equipments.
