I hope this letter finds you well. I, Queen Anne Mhajheelah S. Magcuro of BSAMT- 4 BRAVO
am writing to express my gratitude for the endorsement letter I recently received from
Philippine State College of Aeronautics for the On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunity. I am
sincerely honored to have been considered for this valuable experience.

However, as a student of Philippine State College of Aeronautics, I must adhere to the academic
guidelines set forth by my educational institution. As such, I pledge and swear that I will not
commence the On-the-Job Training unless I am officially enrolled in the relevant subject course
pertaining to the internship.

I understand the importance of aligning practical experiences with theoretical knowledge

gained in the classroom, and I am committed to ensuring that my OJT complements and
enhances my academic learning. Therefore, I will not begin the internship until I have secured
enrollment in the corresponding course, ensuring that I am well-prepared to maximize the
learning opportunities presented during the training.

I appreciate the understanding and support in this matter. Thank you once again for this
incredible opportunity. I look forward to the prospect of contributing to the institution and
gaining valuable insights under your guidance.
