A RESOLUTTON ADOPTTNG THE LOCAL ANTt-CRtMtNALtTy ACTTON PLAN (LACAP) OF THE

MUNICIPALITY OF SAt{ ROQUE, NORTHERN SAtrlAR FOR THE YEAR 2020.

WHEREAS, the Local Anti-Criminality Action Plan (LACAP) sets he guidelines and procedures
relative to the mnduct of anti+rimlnality approaches and solutions to address all forms of criminality in the
Municipality of San Roque, Northem Samar;

WHEREAS, the formulation of the Local Anti-Criminality Action Plan (LACAP) of every unit of the
PNP is embodied in the LOI 18i2019 "Eastem Visayas lntegrated Peace and Order and Strategic Plan', the
PNP lntegrated Transformation Program, and he NHQ PNP LOI 71108 (PAYAPA);

WHEREAS, the Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC) of San Roque, Northem Samar, lhe
Armed Forces of the Philippines, and the concemed Civil Society Organizations, shall implement a
responsive anti+riminality strategy to effectively prevent, control, and suppress the occunence of alforms of
criminal activities in the municipality;

WHEREAS, the Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC) of San Roque, Norlhem Samar,
through MPOC Resolution No. 0'1, series of 2020, hereby endorsed the LACAP for adoplion of the
Sangguniang Bayan;

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of SB Member Hilario S. Acebuche, duly seconded by SB Member
Ethel O. Ramirez, SB Member Alvin M. Lagrimas and Ex-fficio MembertPPSK President Ness Lei S.
Lagrimas, be it..

RESOLVES, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to approve and adopt the Local Anti-Criminality Action Plan
(LACAP) for the Year 2020 of the Municipality of San Roque, Northem Samar.

RESOLVED FURTHER, hat copies of this resolution be fumished to all mncemed offices/agencies.
