UPDATED PRC EXAM GUIDELINES: KEY POINTS

1) The exam is the usual and traditional (Paper and Pencil) not online exam
2) 2. Swab test result 3-5days before the exam is required only to those:
a) suspected cases
b) with history of travel and exposure
c) health care workers with direct contact to positive cases
3) 3. If you are not in d above mentioned person, you are allowed to take the exam with out swab test
result but:
a) you are required to undergo at least 14 days quarantine period prior to d exam schedule
b) secure Certificate of Quarantine from physician or health officer or barangay officer
attesting that u undergone quarantine period
4) Observe health protocols such as:
a.) social distancing (2meters)
b.) face mask (3ply or n95)
c.) alcohol (70% solution)
5) You are required to bring the following during exam:
a.) NOA
b.) Consent Form
c.) Health Declaration Checklist
d.) Swab Test Result or Certificate of Quarantine
e.) pencil, ballpen, eraser, sharpener, etc.
f.) pre-packed snacks and meals
6) Follow entrance and exit flow
7) Contingency plans have been placed in case emergency arises during the conduct of the exam
8) 14 days after the exam, you need download and submit to the PRC regional office email add the
Post Exam Health Surveillance Form.
9) By taking the exam, it is possible that you can contract the virus so weigh in the risks and benefits
10) For students who were absent during the exam, you need to re-apply and pay for the next exam
unless you are exempted if:
a.) Health Reasons (submit a letter to the PRC with notarized Medical Certificate)
b.) Travel Restrictions (submit a letter to the PRC with the official letter of restriction from the
LGU)
