Chatime is a provider of brewed tea drinks from Taiwan that uses the best, high
quality and halal certified tea leaves. Present in Indonesia since 2011 under the
auspices of F&B ID (PT Foods Beverages Indonesia), currently it has managed more
than 420 outlets spread across more than 60 cities, with dine-in, take away and
online delivery services. Chatime makes snacks easy in the palm of your hand via
the My F&B ID application which can be downloaded via the Google Play Store or App
Store.

Chatime comes with six categories of drinks that can be enjoyed by all ages, such
as Signature Milk Tea, Tea-presso, Tearrific, Mood Refresh, Smoothies, and Coffee
and Latte. Adopting the concept of serving customized drinks, consumers can
determine for themselves the sugar and ice they want as well as the types of
toppings such as Pearl, Pudding, Grass Jelly, Rainbow Jelly, Red Bean, Aloe Vera,
Coconut Jelly, Coffee Jelly and Mousse.

There are no ice and sugar setting options. At first sip (taste), it was too sweet
for me, but still drinkable. However, because there was ice, over time the
sweetness reduced until it felt right on my tongue. Apart from that, there was a
fresh sour taste. It smells like wine, but it's very faint. It doesn't feel like
it.
