Reflection:

Good morning brothers and sisters in Christ!

Our gospel for today that is taken from Luke 21:29-33 that Jesus tells his disciples to
observe the signs in nature, we are reminded of the necessity to be attentive to the signs and
events happening around us. It is a call to be aware of the world we live in, to pay attention
to the changes and shifts around as relationships, work, or personal growth. By being
attentive, we can better understand the present circumstances and navigate our path wisely.
Furthermore, November is a tough dark month for all of us, remembering our departed love-
one’s. It also tells that heaven and earth will pass away allude to all created realities that will
disappear. Moreover, light shines in the darkness, the darkness cannot win. Nevertheless, of
what season we are right now, our risen Lord is always near.

In particular, everything we see around us is temporary, we are going to lose

everything eventually “. The word of the Lord reminds us to hope and believe that his
promises is near us. The love of God will always remain in us, in this generation, the world
lives in fear of getting infected by the virus called COVID-19 in the previous year, and also
because of the war happening in other countries. Along with the predictions that we see in
the internet about the changes in our climate, temperature, and floods. Global warming is
telling us that the world will be destroyed. This kind of happenings that we are facing isn’t
meant to tell us exactly when the world will end, but it does give us a sign that it is God’s
plan and not the other.

We can always have hope that everything happens for a reason, let’s just hope that
what we are going through is going to go exactly what God’s plan. We can live with faith,
because our salvation in Christ is secured.

It is hard to imagine the most radical experience and challenges that we all
encountered around the world. But Jesus refer to something that will never change “ my
words ” he says “ will never pass away ”.

In conclusion, God is reminding us that we must be prepared for his coming, not only
yesterday, today, tomorrow but always.
