ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The Faculty of English Language (Hue University of Foreign Languages and International
Studies) and Foreign Relations Service Centre (Department of Foreign Affairs of Thua
Thien Hue Province) worked together to establish a suitable condition for me and many
other students to have the opportunity to experience reality. During my recent internship, I
received deep attention, dedicated guidance and valuable help. After spending time studying
and working at the agency, I have applied a lot of valuable knowledge from my teachers to
be able to complete this report and firmly walk on the path I have chosen.
