We Are Pleased To Make You An Offer Of Employment With Our Company Under The Following Terms And
Conditions Which Will Take Effect Successful Completion Of All Visa Formalities And Your Commencement Of
Work At Lulu Company Dubai ,Within One Month From The Date Of Signing The Contract

Basic Salary : OMR180Per Month For Normal 8 Hours Work Per Day, 6days A You May Need To Week
Work Extra Hours When Required.

Overtime : On Normal Working Days Overtime Will Paid At 1.25 Times Of The Basic Salary On
Fridays And Company Declared Holidays Overtime Will Be Paid At 1.5times Of The Basic Salary. This Is In Line
With OMAN Labours Laws.

Standard Allowance: OMR10/Per Month

Accommodation : Bachelor Status Accommodation Will Be Provided By the Company

Food Allowance : Aed6/Per Working Day (Approx.156/Month)

Insurance : Medical And Life Insurance Cover Will Be Provided By The Company On Starting Work
With Us And Receipt Of Confirmation From The Insurers.

Leave : On Calendar Month After One Years Of Service.

Air Ticket : Return, Economy Air Ticket To The Airport Nearest To Your Home Town, After One
Years Of Service

Transport : Company Bus Transportation Facility Will Be Provided To And From Work, From The
Camp / Designated Bus Stops.

A Probationary Period Of Employment Shall Apply For The First Six Months Of The Contract Should Either Party
Find The Basis Of Employment Unacceptable Then Either Party May Have The Right Of Immediate Termination
Prior To Expiry Of The Three Month Period. After The Three Months Probationary Period, The Full Staff Position
Will Be Reaffirmed And Thereafter One Month Notice Of Termination By The Either Party Or Completion Of
Assigned Project As May Be Decided By The Line Manager.

The Company Undertakes to Make the Necessary Application for Your labour Card &Visa the Basis of
Employment
