Yari of Air
The yari was completely invisible to all but the person holding it. As the
air kami surrounded the bearer, they offered great protection against ranged attacks
and spells. To the eyes of its owner, it appeared to be a magnificent yari, with a shaft
of silver-grey wood and a razor-sharp steel head engraved with intricate
representations of wind, clouds, and lightning.
Armor of Earth
The Armor of Earth was a strange suit that seemed to be made from greenish rock,
with various rock plates covered by strange runes and a multitude of spikes of varying
sizes. It was the most powerful of all the elemental artifacts, the Armor of Earth
granted unparalleled Strength and Stamina to the wearer.
Katana of Fire
The Katana of Fire had the hilt wrapped in scarlet threads and the saya inscribed with
symbols of elemental fire. When the sword was drawn from its sheath flames erupted,
burning more brightly in the presence of Tainted or dishonorable foes. It was a
fine katana that inflicted an additional fire damage, and the wielder might cast
the spell Fires From Within, despite he was not a shugenja.
Gunsen of Water
The gunsen was large and imposing, colored deep blue, and carved with the image of
waves. Over the years, it was seen to take the form of a court fan when such was
appropriate to the situation, though with the same coloration and decoration.
The Gunsen provided the protection and power of the Water Dragon. When used as a
fan, the Gunsen took on the shape of a fan appropriated to its environment, from an
intricate fan for a Scorpion's courtier to a tessen fit for the Akodo. It transmitted its
strength to its user and gave protection against the water spells.

Mempo of Void
The Mempo seemed to be made of an unnatural black-colored viscid substance that
constantly changed in form, sticking to its wearer, covering his entire face save for the
eyes.
The deaths of its crafters connected the Mempo to the Void and the mortal
world. When the Mempo was worn the wearer was immune to spells or powers which
could control their mind. The wearer could also see invisible objects or beings, and
readily discerned those who were under spell effects or who were favored by
the kami.
