inspector for 8 (eight) years where (two) years experience in Manufacturing Oil and Gas Construction and (four) years
from Oleo Chemical and Biodiesel design engineering project, 1 (one) year Petrochemical Project and 10 months at
PUSRI 2B PROJECT.

I am familiar with International Design Codes & Standards such as ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, API
STD 650, AWS D1.1, ASME Sect. IX and I am skillful to operate computer program for Mechanical Engineering

Description of Duties :

1. Performing visual inspection of piping installation including :


a. Verifying piping material identity (pipe, valves and fittings) and its conformance to the installation drawings.
b. Verifying that welding inspection has been performed and joints have been released.
c. Verification that dimensions and alignment tolerances of the piping systems are as per constructs
specifications.
d. In-process surveillance to verify compliance with specified piping erection procedure including flange
alignments, torquing, cleanliness etc.

2. Inspect all welds against the detailed Spool Sheets for conformance to general arrangement, material grade, and
dimensional conformance.

3. Maintain surveillance of welding and fitting practices for conformance to WPS, Code,and client specific
requirements (i.e. preheat, tacking, electrode storage, weld parameters).

4. Receive and review all NDT reports for completeness and accuracy of code and project required information and
correct identification of welds per location and line.

5. Build a photo record of the project as laid out by project management personnel.

6. Witness & Inspection for all Tie In Work.

7. Performing piping walkdown inspection and completing punch lists. Verifying that punch list items have been dealt
with in accordance with the contractual arrangements.

8. Witness, Reviewing and verifying completeness of piping test packages (hydro or pneumatic) prior to testing.

9. Witnessing final piping tests.

10. Perform final acceptance inspections of pipelines and facilities for conformance to P&IDs, piping isometric
drawings, and project specs. Record results on inspection checklists or other designated reporting formats.

11. Completing and endorsing all inspection records from initial inspection untill final acceptance of the piping
systems.
