B. Educational Background
I have worked as mechanical project engineer, pipe engineer, piping supervisor, piping inspector, and quality control
inspector for 8 (eight) years where (two) years experience in Manufacturing Oil and Gas Construction and (four) years
from Oleo Chemical and Biodiesel design engineering project, 1 (one) year Petrochemical Project and 10 months at
PUSRI 2B PROJECT.
I am familiar with International Design Codes & Standards such as ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, API
STD 650, AWS D1.1, ASME Sect. IX and I am skillful to operate computer program for Mechanical Engineering
Application such as AutoCAD. I am Familiar with Non Destructive Test (NDT) such as Penetrant Test and Magnetic
Test. And I Competence for the Installation of Piping, Valve, and Support in the construction of Power Plant.

G. EMPLOYMENT RECORD
Description of Duties :
2. Inspect all welds against the detailed Spool Sheets for conformance to general arrangement, material grade, and
dimensional conformance.
3. Maintain surveillance of welding and fitting practices for conformance to WPS, Code,and client specific
requirements (i.e. preheat, tacking, electrode storage, weld parameters).
4. Receive and review all NDT reports for completeness and accuracy of code and project required information and
correct identification of welds per location and line.
5. Build a photo record of the project as laid out by project management personnel.
7. Performing piping walkdown inspection and completing punch lists. Verifying that punch list items have been dealt
with in accordance with the contractual arrangements.
8. Witness, Reviewing and verifying completeness of piping test packages (hydro or pneumatic) prior to testing.
10. Perform final acceptance inspections of pipelines and facilities for conformance to P&IDs, piping isometric
drawings, and project specs. Record results on inspection checklists or other designated reporting formats.
11. Completing and endorsing all inspection records from initial inspection untill final acceptance of the piping
systems.

scientific work methods, standards and procedure at Site.

2. Administer construction activities, ensuring all piping scope of works are achieved in accordance with the contract
requirements and timeframe, and incompliance with our specification and established standards.
3. Identify any potential or actual slippages and discuss with Project Manager.
4. Liaises with other disciplines to ensure the optimum interface of the various operational activities.
6. Coordinates in the planning procedures of piping based on starting and completion for each phase of construction,
ensuring priority deviations are resolved.
7. Evaluate capabilities of craftsmen including machines, equipments and ensures all assigned duties are performed
competently to achieve project objectives.
9. Control fabrication, field maintenance, field construction & schedules for overall programs (Mechanical Works).
10. Ensure that drawings, specifications of parts in use, actual on sitehas been accordance with Drawing Control List &
Specification Items are issued by Engineering & Project Division.
11. Check and discuss with Consultant and Contractor to ensure other discipline comment to be incorporated with
structure and mechanical design.
12. Review and Technical Clarification all of Mechanical Equipment with Supplier.
