process, the use of SAP and analyzing the gaps from the Standard Operating Process of BOSCH Warehouse.

Title: BMO survey in Delhi.
The objective was to encourage BMO’s to promote responsible business practices among MSMEs and
encourage MSME support institutions to support BMOs in practicing such activities. This survey was done in 25
