13th Convocation 2023

Dear Graduating Student,

You are cordially invited to attend 13th Convocation of The University of Lahore, scheduled on March 16, 2023 at The University of
Lahore, Defence Road Campus.

Please note the following Instructions:

1. Carefully follow the time of the session of your Convocation that is mentioned on your Entry Pass to avoid any inconvenience.
2. Cooperate with the facilitation staff.
3. Bring the hardcopy prints of the Pass(es) on A4 white paper with you, you will not be allowed to enter the venue without Convocation
Entry Pass.
4. The pass is for one time entry do not share it with anybody. No one will be allowed to enter the pandal on a shared pass.
5. Only 1 Guest is allowed with graduating student.
6. Seats of Pandal will be allotted Faculty Wise.
7. Students can obtain a costume/robe (Gown and Hoods) for the convocation from the Admission office of The University of Lahore on
payment of Rs.2,000/- on Convocation Day.
8. Please return gowns to claim your refundable fee.
9. For photography, a separate Photo Studio will be established by The University of Lahore official photographer at the pandal on
Convocation Day.
10. Parking is free for convocation participants within the university premises.
11. Political and other inappropriate slogans are strictly prohibited during the convocation.
12. In precaution of COVID-19 infection all the candidates are advised to follow the COVID safety SOPs
