Job Title: Operations Resource (EV Two-Wheeler Manufacturing).

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Resource to join our EV Two-Wheeler
Manufacturing unit team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling employees
and their communication, ordering and maintenance of parts stock, vendor communication
and problem-solving, maintaining BOM cost and reducing it from time to time, solving
recurring problems of various components, communicating with dealers and distributors,
and other related duties.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle employees and their communication, ensure smooth coordination and
communication within the team.
2. Order and maintain stock of parts required for manufacturing two-wheelers,
maintain stock levels and ensure availability of parts as and when required.
3. Communicate with vendors, resolve any issues or problems that arise, and maintain
healthy relationships with them.
4. Maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) cost and work towards reducing it from time to
time to optimize production costs.
5. Troubleshoot recurring problems with various components and implement solutions
to ensure quality production.
6. Communicate with dealers and distributors regarding product specifications, quality,
and delivery timelines.
7. Manage email communication and form filling for application purposes and vendor
requirements.
8. Study and adhere to NDA and other relevant norms and regulations.
9. Communication with Vendors and maintaining relations on email and verbal
platforms.
10. They should know how to manage ERP software’s or should be ready to learn the
same.
11. Should be smart in packaging and coordinating with dispatches and deliveries.
12. Develop good contact and relations with transporters and should build proper
contacts with logistics partners.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Relevant years of experience in Operations Resource role in Two-Wheeler Manufacturing.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, product development, and quality control.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
