Dear Parents,
Greetings for the day!!!

It’s hereby to inform you all that the students of Grades X and XII will be dropped at
their CBSE Board Examination Center; which is Guru Hari-Krishan Public School,
Hanumangarh Junction by the school (MIS).

Essential Information

1. Students are required to reach the exam center before 9:45 a.m. on the day of the
examination.
2. From Monday (19th February, 2024) onwards the school timings will be 9:00 am
to 3:10 so, students can reach at MIS in the school buses. From MIS, students will
be dropped at the Examination Center (Guru Hari-Krishan Public School,
Hanumangarh) Junction).
3. If parents wish to personally drop off and pick up their ward at the Examination
Center, they are required to reach the Exam Center before 9:45 a.m. Furthermore,
parents are requested to inform the class in-charge of their intent to drop off their
ward at the Exam Center in advance.
4. The sample of the Front Sheet Examination has been shared with the students in
their class WhatsApp group and students have to carefully go through the provided
Sample Front Sheet.
