1.0 Methodology
1.2 Locale
The locale of the study was in Puregold Libertad during the year of 2024.
The population of the study has a total of 100 respondents who are selected out
of thousands of buyers in Puregold, Libertad.

The validate questionnaire was submitted to the adviser for validation. Then, the
researcher submitted a letter and sought the approval and endorsement of the dean.
Next, the researchers personally distributed the data. Finally, the data was collected.
1.7 Statistical Measurement
The following statistical tools were use:
1. For sub-problem number one on the demographic profile, percentage as used
with the formula.

Where: P=percentage
f=frequency
n= total numbers of the respondents
for the sub-problems two on “Effectiveness of Service quality and customer satisfaction
on loyalty as perceived by the selected buyers of Puregold, Libertad” Respectively,
weighted mean was utilized with the formula below.

Where: WM= weighted mean
f=frequency
w=weighted scale
n= total number of respondents
