INSTRUCTIONS:
You are required to schedule time with your Manager to discuss your interest in the position you seek to apply to establish suitability in
line with the requirements and the Amazon Recruitment and Selection Policy
There are two sections in the ITF. Section one is to be completed by the Applicant (You) and Section two be completed by your
Manager
Managers must review your input and make additional commentary as required
In the instance your manager is not available to complete the manager input before the deadline, you may submit your ITF without your
manager’s input on condition that you inform your manager, the hiring manager and the recruiter for the role via email.
FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
Applicants need to have been completed their probation period as per the employment contract terms and conditions
Applicants need to submit their application via Job Finder as stipulated in the internal job ad before deadline
Applicants need to pay strict attention to detail.
Applicants need to make sure the Information in the CV and ITF is accurate and factual. Example: Date of employment, dates held in
specific positions, clear job title and descriptions to be listed
Applicants must save & submit this form together with their resume (as one document) and apply via Job finder as stipulated in the job
