BENGALURU NORTH UNIVERSITY EXAMINATIONS
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1. All the students should carry with them their College ID card and Hall ticket to the
examination hall. They will not be allowed to write examination without ID Card and Hall
ticket.
2. They will have to bring their own writing material like pen, pencil, eraser etc. that is needed
for the examination. Borrowing from others will not be allowed.
3. Students should not carry mobile phones or wear smart watches during examination. Their
bags and belonging should be left outside the exam hall at their own risk.
4. Ordinary calculators only will be allowed during examination. Programmable/Scientific
calculators are not allowed.
5. Students should be present in the examination hall 15 minutes before the commencement of
examination. Entry to the examination hall will not be allowed for late comers.
6. Blazer or coat is not allowed in the hall. Students are required to come in decent formal or
casual attire.
7. Students can wear any type of footwear except shoes that cover the entire feet.
8. Students should check the seating arrangement in the notice board and proceed to the hall
allotted accordingly.
9. Possessing any chit or incriminating material is a malpractice. Thoroughly do a self-check
before entering the hall and around your table where you are taking the examination.
10. Students indulging in any kind of malpractice will be subjected to severe punishment.
11. Once students are in the exam hall they should not communicate among themselves. This
will be considered as malpractice.
12. Students are required to read the question paper thoroughly and then start answering.
13. Students are not allowed to scribble or make notes in the question paper. This would also be
considered as malpractice.
14. They are also required to fill the relevant areas in the answer booklet after thoroughly going
through the answer booklet and then start answering the questions.
15. Students are advised to maintain discipline and decorum during the examination time and
after exam. They are required to disperse without making any noise after submitting the
completed answer booklet to the room superintendent.
16. Students can bring their own water bottle/flask during the examination.
