This letter serves to confirm that a policy has been issued and the persons noted below are covered for travel to the countries

1. All medical expenses are payable to the service provider(s) in the country/countries where the cost arises.
2. The above traveller/s are covered for Medical Expenses including (COVID-19) exceeding € 30,000 for:
a. In-Patient and Out-Patient Medical costs.
b. Emergency Evacuation and Repatriation
c. Repatriation of Mortal Remains.
3. The travel insurance policy meets all the requirements of the regulation (EC) No 810/2009 of the European Parliament
and the Council of 13th July 2009, which complies with the Schengen Visa requirement of at least € 30,000.
4. The full Schedule of Benefits are attached to the Policy Certificate and Terms and Conditions apply, as per the Policy
Wording.
