EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
E’s Rice is a business managed by Daniel M. Sabarillo, Kaharudin G.
Sandigan, Jenny Lou E. Lumatao, Crisha B. Manimtim, Erica B. Pallado, Rhea
Mae M. Panes, Kylle Zenneth A. Reyes and Khristine Kaye N. Saludes. The
business named E’s came from the word “everyone” which been symbolizes that
it’s for everybody. They undertake some virtual meetings to give a justification for
everyone’s opinion to create a good and distinct business among others.
The type of the business is a sole proprietorship business. It is located
along the high way at Prk.2 Barangay Tinaungan, President Quirino, Sultan
Kudarat. The objectives of the business are to distend the business, gain more
profit and to sell good services for consumers by ensuring traceability of rice
production. Moreover, to promote and improve farmers’ capacity on
environmentally-friendly rice production and process management. The product
is a good choice because of the high demand of rice here in our country. The
proponents of the business contribute financially to start business
implementation. The product is equipped by the production in charged and sell it
to the setting of the business. The sale staff take in charge in selling and
promoting the product through online selling and sales talk. The business
projected net income for the first week of May is P 2,250.00. Overall the business
gains a high income for the first quarter of the month.

Mission Statement
To provide the people with a quality product and services in an attainable
price and ensure that no one will be left behind, being starved.

Vision Statement
E's Rice aims to constantly provide the people with a quality of product
and services on the daily basis. In return, people will patronize our business until
it fosters and keep growing bigger. When that time happens, E's Rice will expand
its branches to other areas here in Tacurong City, especially to those places that
are far away from the market. Once it becomes successful in the said city, we will
now consider its expansions to its near cities, provinces, and even other places
in the country as well. By which, our business will reach its peak of success and
at the same time, we can serve thousands of people every single day already.

Value Statement
Everyone deserves to eat their meals every single day and no one must
be left behind, being starved. Thus, we initiated to establish the Rice Business. It
will aid the people by providing them with their most essential need on their daily
ventures. We're here to provide our fellowmen with the different options of rice
that profoundly suits their budget allowance. We really make sure that the prices
of our product are just placed on low prices only, enable to maintain our quality
service to our dear customers and that everyone of course can certainly afford to
purchase it. We want to be constantly grounded in our core, which is to quench
people's starvation through our quality rice in just as low prices!

PRODUCT
The main and only product of E's Rice is related after its brand name, the
rice itself. As we all know, rice is one of the essential things that we need for our
daily survival. It's always presents to our meals every day. It gives us some
nutrients that provides us the energy to execute our different chores on the daily
basis. It fills in our stomach's emptiness and leads to our fullness. When it comes
to the way of selling it, the E's Rice will have its retail and wholesale scale.
Whereas, customers can purchase by kilo/s and/or by sack/s in accordance to
what they want and their budget allowance.

PEOPLE/TARGET MARKET
The customers of E's Rice are the people who aged 8 up to 75 and above,
who are being capable of purchasing such product like this and able to cook it
already.

PRICE
E's Rice intentionally set that kind of pricing scales to our product because
we don't just simply hold on to the benefit of gaining a profit, but also, we are
considering yet the capacity and budget allowance of our dearest customers. We
are grounded to our core, which is to quench the starve of our fellowmen and that
is by giving them a quality product and services at just friendly prices. We want to
ensure that people of all status can used to purchase rice and they have
something to serve and eat on their table being with their beloved ones. When it
comes to our pricing strategy then, we will use a Value-based Pricing to which
we will set a friendly pricing scales and based on how much the customer
believes that what we are selling is worthy.

The business will be located at Purok 2, Barangay Tinaungan, President
Qurino, Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat, Philippines. This place is nearby
provincial road wherein a lot of people is passing through. In addition, it has a
huge population and houses which aren’t quite adjacent to each other.
Subsequently, rice business isn’t much available here.

PROMOTION

To market our product publicly, we will provide some tarpaulins that
contains information regarding E's Rice. Furthermore, we will create our own
Facebook page to quickly spread the sorts of news and information to the people
about our business. And lastly, we will also have our contact number which will
be posted at the same time on our Facebook page and provided tarpaulins.
These enables the customers to directly send their messages and/or calls about
their concerns or if they want something personal negotiations with us.

OPERATIONAL/TECHNICAL

PROCEDURES
In the everyday operation of E's Rice business, there are four vendors
who will be assigned in selling the rice and catering the customers need. They
will cater alternately the tasks of retailing and wholesaling. Moreover, there are
also an assigned cashier who will manage the payments of the customers. And
lastly, we will have a manager and assistant manager to supervise the daily
operations of the business and do the significant responsibilities in their field.

TIMELINE
E's Rice's daily operation will commence at 8:00 AM in the morning and
end at 5:00PM in the afternoon, from Monday up to Saturday only. The Sunday
will be served as the general cleaning of the shop and purchasing of new stocks.
