Associate PMO Executive

We are hiring talented, energetic, and driven individuals for our Project Management Office.

· Proficient Troubleshooting abilities
· Clear and precise Documentation skills for Operating Procedures
· 2-3 years of experience in Project Management or related fields (preferred)
· Possession of Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus
· Comprehensive understanding of Project Management Software Tools, Methodologies, and
Best Practices
· Experience overseeing Projects through the entire Life Cycle
· Proven ability to Complete Projects within outlined Scope, Budget, and Timeline
· Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate team members
· Experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project etc.

Responsibilities:

· Determine and define project scope and objectives


· Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules
· Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to meet project objectives
· Prepare and manage project budgets
· Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
· Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle
· Build strong partnerships between various stakeholders
· Communicate project updates, strategy, and progress consistently
· Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers
· Assign tasks and communicate expected deliverables
· Provide regular project updates and reports
· Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement
· Prepare month-end invoicing and expense reporting
· Ensure all project documents are archived and organized following project completion
· Conduct project review and create detailed reports/dashboards for the Leadership team
· Optimize and improve processes & overall approach where necessary
Lead QA and Risk Management activities throughout the project lifecycle
