NOTIFICATION

Approval for delegation of Financial and Administrative powers to Dy.

Managing Directors NTDC

The Board of Directors of National Transmission & Despatch Company Limited

(NTDC) in its 265th meeting held on 15.04.2024 against agenda item No. 01 has
resolved and approved the delegation of financial and administrative powers of
Managing Director (NTDC) as per following criteria:
➢ DMD (P&E)/ DMD (AD&M)/ DMD (SO) will exercise 50% of Financial and
Administrative powers of Managing Director individually.
➢ Senior Most DMD and relevant DMD will jointly exercise 100% Financial and
Administrative powers of Managing Director NTDC.
The above delegation of powers is purely on temporary basis as a stop gap
arrangement in the absence of Managing Director (NTDC) for smooth operation of
company business.
