Effectiveness and Challenges of Basic Safety Training among Maritime

Engineering Students, PMI COLLEGES BOHOL

Great day! We are PMI Colleges Bohol students pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marine
Engineering. Our study is named “Effectiveness of Basic Safety Training among 3rd year
BSMAR-E Student of PMI COLLEGES-BOHOL” With this, we have chosen you to be one of
our respondents and hope that you can spare 5 to 10 minutes of your time to complete
the questionnaire. Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary, and any information

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The study aims to determine the Efficacy of Basic Safety Training and Problems
encountered among Maritime Students in PMI COLLEGES BOHOL.

Specifically, it seeks to answer the following:

1. What the level of effectiveness of Basic Safety Training among the respondents in terms
of:
1.1 Reaction
1.2 Behavior
1.3 Learning
1.4 Result
2. What is the level of problems encountered by the respondents during the Basic Safety
Training?
3. Is there a significant relationship between the level of effectiveness of Basic Safety
Training and level of Problems encountered among the respondents?
4. What recommendations could be proposed out of the findings?
