Tutor Teens June 2023-Present
Education Leadership Intern/Tutor Coach
 Coordinated partnership with Cincinnati Reds Youth Academy, aims at providing free virtual tutoring to local students.
 Organized partnership with Cincinnati Scholarship Foundation, offering scholarships to tutors in our program.
 Tutored a local 6th grader in Algebra and Geometry
 Worked on the onboarding of our new technology software, PEARL and PLUS
 Revamped Tutor Training program, focusing on issues such as problem solving and cultural competency training.
 Provided numerous orientations for new tutors into our program.
 Now in a tutor coaching role, where we provide seminars and assistance to our tutors in their pursuits to better help their
own students.

 Currently working with a 7th grade girl twice a week in all subject areas
 Helped raise her final grade in math in the fall from a high to D to mid B.
 Assisted a 4th grade boy through fall and early winter, primarily in math and reading.
