To Whom It May Concern:

My name is LaToiya Thompson, and I am currently a 3rd grade Language

Arts teacher at Brown Elementary in Whitehouse, Tx. Gracee Houston has
been a part of our class since the fall semester. From day one she has
stepped in to do whatever needs to be done. She has taken the time to
build relationships with each and every student. They feel comfortable
asking her for help, and she always responds to them in a way that is
encouraging. She exudes positivity and her presence brings such a
calmness into the room.

Gracee is a NATURAL born leader. My students know that she has high
expectations for them. She guides their thinking in such a way that forces
them to dig deep for understanding. Her sense of responsibility is another
positive trait that will take her far in life. She takes being in the classroom
seriously and carries herself in a respectful manner at all times.

Gracee will make a wonderful addition to any school that she decides to
work in, and I know she has a bright future in education.
