Classroom.

In the video, it emphasized the factors on how to be an effective teacher and how to deal
with the students and its expectation. To be an effective teacher we need to consider the
environment we live in. Having a good and stable finances and good relationship to other people.
In school, an effective teacher should give students enough space for learning like the teachers,
students also need an environment where they have peace of mind.

Teachers should apply active learning in every aspects of her teaching. Giving students
choices, boost active participation where they have given lots of opportunities in learning lesson
activities. In the modern world, students tend to rely on technology. As a teacher, we need to to
see then give and give them proper nurture to be responsible online.

To achieve effective teacher, a teacher should work in positive environment and, take
development by attending seminars through this we would improve ourselves to be an effective
and efficient. We must remember that we are not teaching only for the benefits and privileges that
we can get but because we opted to assess and evaluate young minds in the near future.

Video #2 - An Approach to Spiritual Development in schools.

Spiritual values indeed they are important in our daily routine. As an educator, we would
integrate spiritual development in our lesson or subject matter where students would listen and
think the good values they will acquire. It is noteworthy that the methods used for spiritual
development might differ significantly throughout schools, dependent upon the unique culture of
the institution as well as the beliefs held by the faculty and students. While some schools may opt
to promote spiritual growth more deeper or integratedly, through school culture or values, others
may choose to include spiritual development more further in their curricula.

Having this approach our goal would encourage students’ capacity for reflection regarding
their personal beliefs and viewpoints on life. The way giving them chance to see how they fit into a
bigger picture and fueling their curiosity about connection, meaning, purpose and contribution.
This approach would give students sense of purpose and wholeness with the support of education.

I would always prefer integrating other subject to one another would always make the
lesson more active. It guarantees Spiritual Development gives students reflection that happens in
to the real world. I believe this approach fosters a sense of spirituality that can improve students’
general development, in addition to religious beliefs. It affects students social mind what’s their
role in the society and their relationship with others. These would be beneficial traits for their social
and personal growth.

Teacher is not just a teacher. Becoming a teacher has a vital role and responsibilities to
handle. It is a multifaceted, beyond the idea of just passing along knowledge. We ensure the
safety of our students, imparting knowledge to aide them grow as an individual and help them
acquire self-esteem to face the real world.

A teacher should have a characteristic and qualities in teaching. Basically, a teacher is

flexible and can adapt their teaching methods to cater the diverse needs of her students. It is an
assurance that give appropriate learning and correct information of what we want to impart. We
need to be aware to what is happening inside the four walls. We should also learn how to give
empathy to our students this would address to understand our students’ problems and needs as
much as possible provide support if necessary.

To fullfil these responsibilities, we should develop ourselves to be effective and impactful.

Seminars fosters personal and professional development. Collaboration with the students and
colleagues as well as to the parents this understands the importance of teamwork in education.
Everyone’s success is also the success of the teacher.

In class discussion,in students participation is crucial this extends the support of learning
by exchanging of ideas to both student and teacher. We need to encourage them in different ways
it does not always end up in answering questions but give them freedom to ask questions, making
comments or providing feedback to others.

To build teacher-student relation is essential for creating a supportive and supportive

learning environment. Teacher needs to provide an interesting learning to get the students
attention and interest for an active participation during class discussion. We always bare in mind,
building strong teacher-student relationship takes time and effort. It requires building trust,
fostering open communication and showing genuine care to our students.

We as a teacher we must engage our students in using Higher Order Thinking Skills
(HOTS) to promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and deeper understanding of ideas. This
empower students to become independent, critical thinkers who can anchor complex challenges
and contribute meaningfully to the society. Preparing our students to the battle ground that would
transform them competitive an edge and thrive in their future careers regardless of the industry or
profession they choose.

Teaching is a challenging profession. There are lot of challenges that a teacher will face not
only inside the four corners of the classroom, nowadays. It ensures to give our very best to fill our
duties and responsibilities. Consistency inside the room would give an effective classroom
management to address potential challenges. It is an ongoing process that evolves over time
based on the needs of our students and the diversity of the classroom.

Some challenges of a teacher in the classroom today is to be flexible in terms of teaching

due to we have different types of learners. Using technology in discussion, a teacher needs to
engage himself using it. Mostly, the students rely on technology being dependent to the gadgets
on what this can offer it give them an easy access for everything they ask. Teacher google is what
they also called that knows everything they ask.

Challenge to a teacher does not only focuses to students. It is also a challenge for the
teacher to communicate to students’ parents/guardians especially if they don’t have time to check
the performance of their child in school. To give harmony between teacher-parent relationship they
must support each other by communicating other.

Video #6 - Strategies for Preventing Bullying in your School

Every child has its own story on how they get first bullied in school. Everyone in school
wishes to have a friendly environment and free from bullying. Bullying is unwanted aggressive
behavior among school aged children that involves a real or perceive power Imbalance. Bullying
can happen not only in school but also happened outside. According to the international survey
out of 79 countries the Philippines is the number 1 in terms of bullying.
 There are types of bullying. First is verbal bullying t can be done by saying or written mean
things to a person. Secondly, Social Bullying, it involves someone reputation or relationship. Next,
Physical Bullying it involves hurting of a persons body. Bullying has a negative effect and it affects
persons life.

To prevent bullying take an action plan and raise an awareness campaign. Administrations,
faculty and staff, parents and the stakeholders should know the basic facts about bullying and
emphasize on developing and caring school environment. To help students free from bullying
teacher should create an activities that encourage the children to do self-reflection, asking
students to identify and express they think and feel to reinforce and reward positive behavior
towards others. To prevent bullying this requires a comprehensive and collaborative approach
involving all stakeholders in the school community. Consistent efforts and ongoing education are
key to create a safe and inclusive school environment. Lets create a better place by involving
everyone that reinforces the message of bullying prevention and fosters a culture of respect and
empathy.
