GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
1. FORMUL guarantees you, the initial purchaser, a guarantee period of 50 years with usage at 20 °C and 20 bars pressure. The
service life for different pressures and temperatures have been specified in our catalogues.
2. The warranty claims cover during the guarantee period only relate to the replacement of defect parts arising from the production
and in case of installation with defected products, the installation and other arising costs.
3. In order to file a claim under the terms of the guarantee, it is mandatory that the defect parts will be handed over to FORMUL when
required.
4. This guarantee excludes damage through misuse, inappropriate usage outside the areas indicated/specified in the catalogues,
negligence, lack of care and, in addition, damage caused by modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorised persons.
