The Fixed Range Volume Profile Final
The Fixed Range Volume Profile is a charting feature (or indicator) that displays the amount of
traded volume of an asset over a specified time period at various price levels. This data is displayed
as a histogram in a Y-axis (vertical) next to price levels in the volume profile. It is based on previous
traded volume, and all strategies and plans are based on historical data. Volume profiles are also
primarily used to understand supply, demand, and overall liquidity.

NOTE THAT
1. Go to the left side of your chart and click Prediction and Measurement Tools.
2. Scroll down the list and select Fixed Range Volume Profile.
Ultimately the Volume Profile shows you the price levels with the most volume. So now before you
apply it on your chart you need to know the direction of the market so that when you apply the
volume profile on your chart you know in which direction you are looking to open a position on. You
apply it on your low and high of the trend of the market and where the Volume Profile highlights a
candlestick with a red line, you draw a rectangle and that’s where you are going to take your
positions at.
