Founder & President
Dear Distinguished Guests and Leaders of Tomorrow,

Destiny is resultant of one’s action, as described by “सिद्धिर्भवति कर्मजा“, or

transliterated as “Siddhirbhavati Karmajaa“. As a Human being starts his journey and
gains knowledge, the darkness in the mind slowly starts to vanish and as a result,
the Human being becomes as bright as a sun showering Wisdom of Light, as
shown by the Sun.

As the Founder and President of Legatus Knowledge Services (LKS) and the
Patron-in-Chief of Legatus Youth Conference (LYC), it gives me immense pleasure to
extend my warmest greetings to all of you.

LYC stands as a beacon of intellectual curiosity and youthful dynamism,

committed to fostering a generation of leaders equipped with knowledge, skills, and a
global perspective. Our conferences, conclaves, Model UN Conferences, and Youth
Parliaments serve as platforms for young minds to engage in meaningful
discourse, exchange ideas, and shape the future.

At LYC, we believe in empowering our youth to become catalysts for positive

change in their communities and beyond. Through interactive sessions, work
shops, and simulations, participants not only enhance their understanding of
global issues but also develop critical thinking, communication, and leadership
skills essential for success in the 21st century.

As Patron-in-Chief, I am dedicated to ensuring that LYC continues to inspire,

educate, and empower the leaders of tomorrow. I invite you to join us in this journey of
discovery, growth, and transformation.

Together, let us embark on a quest for knowledge,

innovation, and excellence.

Warm regards,

Saksham Pandey (He/Him)

Letter From the

Conference President
Dear Delegates,
In Herbert Spencer's Theory of Organic Analogy, he drew parallels be
tween human society and a living organism, highlighting the constant
growth and progress. This analogy resonates with the ever-developing
world we inhabit, physically unbound in its advancement. It is within this
dynamic context that I extend a warm welcome to each of you to the
League Youth Conference Model United Nations, presented by the
Prayan Foundation.

Prayan Foundation, a dynamic NGO registered with NITI AAYOG,

embodies a passionate commitment to various projects, including Akshay-
patra, Swashrit, and Prakrit, addressing issues like women's empowerment,
job creation, children's welfare, mental health, animal rights, food security,
environmental awareness, hygiene, and elder care. The conference
aligns with these goals.

Our Secretariat is dedicated to ensuring three unforgettable days.

Considering the socio-cultural perspective, be the diplomat of the people,
the voice of the people, and be the people while rising above
mob-mentality. Nations, evolving f rom tribes, hold powerful voices that can
shape the course of history, either towards anarchy or democracy.

Today's political and economic demarcations have erased the unique

ness and individuality of nations. The choice lies in preserving or jeopar
dizing what you have. In the pursuit of political power, there is a risk of
imposing ideologies on others. Prayan presents Legatus Youth Confer
ence challenges you to decide: will you preserve or lead your nation to
ruins? Will you condemn the wrong or be condemned for it? Will you
emancipate the depressed or exploit them? These choices define your
path.

As the Conference President, I assure you that Prayan presents Legatus

Youth Conference will stimulate your minds, prompting you to address
these critical questions. My Secretariat and I have meticulously planned
an exciting and eventful two days, ensuring an
educational experience intertwined with fun.

Thank you,

Aryan Sapra

Secretary General
Esteemed delegates,

It is my great pleasure to welcome you all to Prayan Foundation Presents Legatus Youth
Conference, a forum that epitomises diplomacy, collaboration, and innovation. As the
Secretary-General, I am honoured to witness the coming together of bright minds from
diverse backgrounds, all united by a shared passion for global issues and a commitment
to finding sustainable solutions.

The ever changing world sees new developments in the sphere of Geo- Politics every
day. From the ongoing economic crises around the world to territorial disputes and
Global terrorism taking unnerving dispositions, it becomes imperative to discuss the
ramifications of such conflicts and clashes in a diplomatic setting.

With this aim in mind, our team brings LYC to the heart of India, the city of Delhi, bus-
tling with passionate debaters who will be the driving force for India’s growth in the
future. We also collaborate with Prayan Foundation as our way of making an impact
not just in the MUN circuit, but also in the lives of the less fortunate.

With carefully crafted committees and agendas, along with an esteemed panel of exec-
utive board, I extend my invitation to all of you, to witness a conference unlike any other,
an event that shall help you sharpen your public speaking skills and amplify your scope
of knowledge while also serving as a gathering to find like minded individuals.
