A.4. DISSEMINATION: Snapshots of My Assessing of Learning Performance

Having experienced assisting your CT in assessing students’ learning

performance, make an impression on your personal view on how important are rubrics in
assessing learning performance.

Rubrics play a crucial role in evaluating learning performance by presenting

explicit criteria, ensuring that students have a clear understanding of
expectations. They establish uniformity in grading, particularly in scenarios
involving multiple assessors, thereby promoting fairness in the assessment
process. Educators can utilize rubrics to deliver precise feedback on distinct
elements of student work, facilitating both improvement and acknowledgment
of strengths.
