Subject: Financial Assistance Request For OJT

Dear Vice Mayor,

Greetings in the name of the Lord!

I am a 4th year Tourism Student at Isabela State University Main Campus and a candidate for
graduation. One of our requirements this 2 nd semester is on-the-job training that requires a minimum
of 600 hours of duty, and the date of our deployment is March 12, 2024. We can’t argue with that
having our OJT anyplace will be pricey, but we decided to have it at Small World Travel and Tour
Agency in Baguio City because it was the least priced option.
Recognizing the financial constraints my family faces, I am reaching out to request financial
assistance to ensure that my OJT needs are met before our deployment. I try my hardest to keep
expenses as low as possible, but some essentials are beyond the means. The main expenses that would
be covered by the requested assistance would be my 3 months boarding costs, uniforms,
transportation, medical bills, agency fees, and other necessary costs associated with my OJT.

Boarding House Rent – 5,000/month

Uniform – 3,000
Transportation – 2,000
Medical – 5,000
Agency Fee – 10,000
(others are allowance, grocery and personal needs)

Any amount you can give will be highly appreciated and will be a great help for my on-the-job
training.
I am looking forward to your positive response and hope that my humble request will be granted.

Sincerely,
Kate Krisden B. Manalastas
