Subject: Borrow Costume

Dear Ma’am,

Greetings in the name of the Lord!

I am writing to request permission to borrow a costume from the Santiago City Balamban
Cultural Dance Troupe for our church fellowship on March 10 that will be held at Bulwagan ng
Mamamayan.

Our church is organizing a special parade to represent each country in which our church is
established, and we believe that having authentic costumes would greatly enhance the
atmosphere and overall experience for our members. We have heard wonderful things about the
quality and variety of costumes available through your organization, and we would be honored to
have the opportunity to borrow one for our event.

The costume will be used solely for the purpose of the fellowship event and will be handled with
the utmost care and respect. We understand the importance of returning it promptly and in the
same condition as when it was borrowed.
If you require any additional information or have specific procedures in place for borrowing
costumes, please do not hesitate to let us know. We are more than willing to comply with any
requirements you may have.
