The meal pattern is a template
for the menu planner. It
provides a framework of foods

include. Proper food
preparation and handling
should also be addressed.
Detailed guidelines
help to assure inclusion of all
macro nutrients.

Vegetable/fruit, bread/bread

alternate.

1. Motivation Instruction:
•I will divide the class into two
groups.
•Every group should have 6 re
presentative.
•One person should face the
board and the other facing
opposite direction
•Teacher will give present a
picture to the person in front
and he/she will analyze the
word and will whisper it to her
member, and the other
member will relay the message
and the last person will pick a
paper that corresponds to the
whispered word and paste it in
the black board
