ABSTRACT:

The Anupriya Bakers website project is written in PHP. . This is a simple GUI-based
application that is very easy to understand and use. Use the Tinter module for the graphical
interface. Speaking of the application, it is enough for the user to choose between food and
drinks, enter the amount and click on the total button to display the total price.
The user can see the total amount of receipt of their items by indicating the receipt number and
the number of food / drink items with the total amount. There is also an additional calculation
function for users. Here, the customer’s total bill includes taxes and service charges. The
design is so simple that the user will not encounter any difficulty in working on it.

INTRODUCTION:

The project is “ANUPRIYA BAKER’S” website for establishing contact and promote
the Bakery.

The website processes data from the contact form and stores the resulting data. Reports will
be generated from these data which help the bakery to make appropriate business decisions.

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this document is to describe the functionality and specifications of the
design of a web application for Managing Employees. The expected audience so this
document are the developers and the admin of the web application. Now with the help of
this system the admin has the information on his finger tips and can easily prepare a good
record based on their requirements. Finally, we can say that this system will not only
automate the process but save the valuable time of the manager or the admin, which can
be well utilized buy his institute. This will be an additional advantage and management of
power based on their free time from his normal duty.
ADVANTAGES:

1. It is cost effective as the user control the web application himself and does not go
for professional service.
2. It saves time as it speeds the very aspect of the Contact management with
automated features.
3. The site is easy to use and is Userfriendly so no expertise is required.

DISADVANTAGES:

1. It is not fully developed.

2. It requires further implementation and addition of new features.

FEASIBILITY STUDY:

After identifying the scope of the project, the feasibility study is needed to be carried out. It
is basically keeping the following points in mind.

Building the Site for meeting the scope:

This site has met the scope. As there is no data involved in the system, processing on the
file, and the behaviors of this project is already identified and bundled in quantitative
manner. The processing of this software is very simple as it has been designed in php
and it has been well divided into several functions according to the need.

Technically feasible:
This software is very much technically feasible. This software is very much concerned with
specifying equipment and the software will successfully satisfy almost all the admin’s
requirements. The technical need for this system may vary considerably but might include:
a. The facility to produce output in a given time.

b. Response time under conditions.

c. Ability to process data a particular speed.

Therefore, the basic input/output of data is identified. So, the project can easily be built
up and it will also be technically feasible.

State of Art:

The project is very much with in the state of art since the pro jet is a WINDOWS based; it
uses very modern and common technique.
Beside it is very much modern and user friendly. It also works as middle ware i.e.,
only in between the user and the file. So, it is completely a state of art project.

Financially Feasible:
The project is very much financially feasible. The implementation and development cost of
this software under the reach of any college. It also reduces the Labour and extra cost to be
paid for Labour. So indeed, it is financially feasible.

Resources:
As motioned earlier that the resources are easily available. Sometimes situations may arise
when it may not be so much easy. For a person completely unaware of using a computer
system could result in a training cost or for a very small organization the purchase of a
computer, instalment of the system and other charges may lead to a difficult matter.

● Maintain Cost: Reduce the cost of maintenance of record. It stores all records in
digital form so there is no need of papers hence reduce the cost for maintain it.

Conclusion:

The outcome of all the time hard work is here. We have a Website which takes the
necessary choice of the customers according to the filter like category of the food. This is
achieved through an easy-to-use graphical interface menu option. The users can add any
number of items to the cart from any of the available food Categories.

Customer according to the choice pay bill via cash or debit card or credit card method.
Hence all the process works perfect, full filling of demand.
