Composition Exercise 4 - Harmony and Melody

Construct a chord progression of 16 bars, and compose a melody

which highlights the outlined chords. Use all composi on tools of
melody and phrasing so far, and focus your a en on on using
harmony and chordal tools to develop this melody.
The chord progression may repeat in 4 or 8 bar phrases, and your
phrases should be 4-8 bars in length (either phrase group or phrase
period). The focus of this is to demonstrate your awareness of
harmony and wri ng appropriate melodies based on the chord.
