Terms and Conditions:

 Validity: Prices are valid for 2 day from the date of quotation.

 Price: Prices are subject to change with change in Government Policies/ Change in Dollar Currency
Rate and any clerical/ mathematical errors are subject to correction.

 Payment Terms: 90% in Advance, 10% after Installation and commissioning of Solar System.

 GST: GST and any other taxes (like WHT & I.T) are not included. If any organization have deduction
policy of WHT then add WHT amount in total price.

 Transportation: Transportation charges are not included. Will be charged as per actual.

 Solar Panels Frames Design: We will advise the kind of structure required to install solar panels.
The price of the structure is included in the quotation and aforementioned structured design may
vary as per site requirement and will be charged accordingly.

 Warranty Note:

 Warranty of Solar Panels = 10 Years (Manufacturer Warranty)

 Warranty of Solar Inverter = 1 Year (Manufacturer Warranty)
 Warranty of rest of system = 1 Year
 Damages made to solar system due to faulty wiring of house, electric failure,
fluctuations, surges, fire, moisture, misuse/overload or any natural disaster are not
covered in Warranty. Warranty claim will be as per manufacturer policy.

 AC Cabling/Household Wiring: The customer has to arrange separation of identified load

according to his requirement at site. We will only be responsible for Grid Input and Inverter
Output.AC Cables (from WAPDA Pole to Main Distribution Panel) & any other
cabling/accessories after the inverter are not included. House internal wiring/setting will be
charged as per actual.

 Civil Work: All Civil/Water Bore work will be the responsibility of customer as per guidelines.

 Solar System Behavior: Installed system will be Hybrid and will work with battery back-up.

 Solar System Design: This Solar System design can be changed as per site conditions/customer
requirements and total cost will be re-evaluated accordingly.

 Delivery Time: 1-4weeks after confirmation of order.
