Nowadays English has become a main language that is used in almost countries. So learning English is an
important assignment especially to students.But how to learn English well is a question which most of
students notice. Ịn my opinion, there are some ways that I think are neccessary for us to learn English
well.
Firstly, we should learn english by ourselves . We can do grammar exercises in grammar books, write E as
much as possible, which makes us revise our knowledge and improve our writing skill.
Secondly, We should watch E on TV , learn to sing E songs,read short stories or newspapers in E,listen to
the programs on the radio and E tapes because it makes us improve our listening and reading skills.
Thirdly, We should use a dictionary for reading. It makes us save up new words and understand the text
better. At last, the most important thing is that we usually practise speaking with our partners and teacher
in English lessons and when we have chance of communicating with foreigners.

These days I doesnt feel well, I think this feeling comes from my eating habbits.It isn't healthy eating
habits. I will tell you about it.
I sometimes skip breakfast.When I have it. I usually buy a hamburger and a soft drink from a café near our
school. For lunch, my favourite is fried rice and deep-fried chicken. The good thing is that I prefer to have
dinner at home.
However, I like eating a lot of rice and fatty pork for dinner. I rarely eat vegetables, but love fruits.
I think I should change my diet because I always feel hungry and tired I have gained my weight. Last week
I went to see the doctor and he gave me some advices
Firstly, If I want to have more energy for the day, I should never skip breakfast.
Secondly, I must reduce the amount of fast food . Also, eating more vegetables -would be good for me. I
should also eat less rice for dinner. These changes will definitely keep me fit.

Last summer, I went to Cua lo with my family. We went there by car, it is very far from my house, it is

strong, you will be very excited when you play with it. There are a lot of beauty spots, and good seafood

We stayed in Binh Minh hotel. It was a very nice and comfortable hotel, it’s also rather near the sea.

afternoon. We went swimming twice a day. My children were excited about it. The food was extremely
