TOOLS
• are objects or devices that are used to
carry out a specific task or function.
• They are often handheld or manually
operated and are instrumental in
performing work or tasks.
EQUIPMENT

more specialized in function

PREPARATORY TOOLS
• Tools used to prepare ingredients
before baking
Sifter
• used to break up

blending.
Rolling Pin

flatten and shape
dough into thin, even
sheets for making
