Guideline
Read each of the dysfunctions try to understand the meaning behind it and how it could cause teams to "not work".
Ask them:
1. What is the definition of Trust in this context?
2. How you experienced anyone?
3. What would happen if you experienced this with someone what would be the side effects?
4. What is the fear of conflict?
5. Why is fear of conflict bad?
6. Have you avoided conflict because it was too difficult?
7. Did this avoidance perpetuate the behaviour?
