Greetings!

The Republic Act No. 10742, "The Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015," states that no SK official,
elected or appointed, may assume office unless they have completed mandatory training. In accordance with
this, the Sangguniang Kabataan Mandatory Training for the Appointed SK Secretaries and Treasurer will be
held on December 14, 2023, at Origines, Calaba, Bangued, and will be attended by our SK Secretaries and SK
Treasurer from our municipality's ten barangays.

That being said, we respectfully request for a transportation vehicle and a driver to transport our
delegates to and from the venue.

Your approval to lend a car will be greatly appreciated because it will be of great assistance and support
to our first steps towards youth empowerment.
