information regarding participating colleges, their college wise/ quota wise seat distribution and fee in various link
of the university website and I have filled up the choices accordingly.

D. If there is any change in the rules, terms & conditions, eligibility given in the information bulletin by NTA, Hon’ble
court/GOI/MCI/DCI/State Government/Counselling board then it will be acceptable to me.

E. If any of the information given by me is found to be false or incorrect at any level, then my candidature will be
summarily rejected and in this condition the decision taken by the university/Counselling board will be final &
binding to me and I myself will be held responsible for this.

H. I understand that in view of COVID-19, the latest information and procedure of counselling will be uploaded on
University website on the basis of directions/ advisories received from Govt. of India, Medical counselling
Committee, MCI, DCI, Govt of Uttarakhand from time to time. The latest directions uploaded on the website by UK
NEET–UG counselling board will only be applicable and will replace any such condition/term/rules mentioned in
the information bulletin. The decision taken by UK NEET–UG counselling board in view of COVID-19 related to
procedure of counselling will be applicable at all time.

I. OBC cast certificate is valid for three years from the date of issue only.

J. BSF/CRPF/ITBP/Assam Rifles & other paramilitary forces are not eligible for DPW category as per state
reservation policy.
