Informatics Manager, Healthcare

The Informatics Manager is responsible for the efficient, compliant and effective movement of data from
client sites into the Vitalyze platform and database. The Manager is also responsible for various
maintenance and analysis tasks that cover both clinical and business aspects of pharmaceutical rebates.

Work is performed under the direct supervision Rebate Program Director and collaborates with CTO’s
office.

Proficiency with databases, data science, web services for uploading files, healthcare information security
and privacy standards essential.

Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Essential Functions:

1. Onboards and engages with hospital client informatics managers to upload healthcare datasets for
rebating and estimate purposes
2. Develop, document and maintain compliant and efficient data transfer policies
3. Communicates timing of file transfers and confirms receipt of data to supply chain partner(s)
4. Ensure data team remains compliant with informatics and data security training standards
5. Creates quarterly reporting for a number of business metrics
6. Reports problems with data upload or pull to director of product and the director of the rebate
program
7. Processes monthly client data submissions through the Vitalyze claims generation engine
8. Processes hospital prospect data for preliminary rebate estimates; develops methods to improve this
process
9. Works with Sales Director to target new clients by analyzing healthcare commercial intelligence
10. Communicates with Sales and Rebate Director on formatting or drug utilization anomalies observed
from client data
