Hi Santander , On the 10th April 2024 I recently purchased a Sony PlayStation 4 call of duty black ops 2 .The date of the transaction made was the 10th of April 2024 and I had purchased express delivery which means that it should have been shipped by the 12th of April.As I come to check my eBay order on my purchases it shows it had been delivered on the Friday 12 th which was confusing as it hadn’t been delivered to my house and rather someone else’s address. Straight away on the next day I contacted the seller and asked him to dispatch the item as I was confused as it showed 2 different tracking numbers by royal mail. I assumed it was the second tracking number as it showed that it had been dispatched but not delivered. He then responded saying that he shipped it on Thursday and had been delivered according to royal mail. I then told him kindly that it had not been delivered and that it was another address. Then the seller was confused and sent me transcripts of another account from eBay showing that the seller thought I was another buyer making it confusing. So I had told him to issue a refund and after this he had not responded so I tried contacting eBay only to find out that they could not do anything as I had started a return earlier and had cancelled it thinking the seller shipped my item. I only started the return as on Saturday the 13 th April it showed it was delivered but it was not so than I cancelled the return and eBay said they could not step in.The seller is still not responded and I have not got my item I want the transaction to be reversed as this is what eBay said to me that I have to contact my bank please bring attention to this and all of the screenshots and dates are below.
