METHOD:
Cut an avocado in half and remove the pit.
Crack an egg into the hollow of each half.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and shredded
cheese. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for
15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and
the cheese is melted.

METHOD:
Grate some parmesan cheese and spoon it
onto a baking sheet in small mounds.
Flatten the mounds with the back of a
spoon. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5-7 minutes,
or until the cheese is melted and golden

Slice a courgette into thin rounds. Toss
the slices in olive oil and sprinkle with salt
and pepper. Place on a baking sheet and
bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15-20 minutes, or

unsweetened coconut flakes. You can use
any combination of almonds, walnuts,
