The undersigned are Technical – Vocational and Livelihood students who are currently
taking Practical Research I subject as part of the Senior High School Curriculum. They
are currently pursuing their research study entitled “Level of Implementation,
School Practices, and Problems Encountered on Disaster Risk Reduction
Management (DRRM) by the Secondary Schools in Mauban District: Basis for
Action Plan”.

In view of this, they would like to request your permission in conducting the
investigation through remote platform by using Facebook Messenger, Google Forms,
and Phone Interview to observe safety measures.

The undersigned believe that the study will be beneficial for the district since it will
give a clear view and grasp of the Disaster Risk Reduction Management of the
secondary schools. Also, it will improve the DRRM that the respondents currently
have.
