This workbook is intended to help you keep your shipping and reciving items and suppliers/customers organized.
The Dashboard gives an overview of various shipping metrics
All other tabs are for data entry
Drop-down lists allow for a correct selection of items and customers.
Sample data has been entered to serve as example and can easily be changed/overwritten.
Grey cells contain formulas and should not overwritten.

Gives an overview of shipping statistics: top ten items shipped, count by shipping status, and count by months of current
year.
Enter relevant data to keep track of your shipments. Customer address and Item names are automatically populated with
information as defined in the "Lists" tab.
Quantities must be entered on the shipping log in order for the Dashboard to work properly.
Use this log to keep track of shippments to be received. Suppliers and Item names are automatically populated with
information as defined in the "Lists" tab.
This sheet allows you to enter various lists that will be utilized thoughout the sheet in drop-down menus and/or to be
automatically populated in gray cells. For example, entering Item # and description allows for an Item # to be selected
from a drop-down menu on the Shipping Log with the Item Description automatically populating based on selection.

Fill out all lists/tables in "Lists" tab. Once items are added to the table, the corresponding drop-down menu will
automatically include them. It is important to keep the List tab updated as new items, customers, etc. are added.
Enter shipping and/or receiving data on the Shipping Log and Receiving Log tabs, respectively. If a field/column does not
apply, it can be left blank or re-purposed to record other information by changing the heading name.
Record shipping and receiving information in respective logs.
To view the headings in Excel (Columns: A, B, C… and Rows: 1, 2, 3…) go to the View ribbon and check the "Headings"
box.
