No words can express my regret for missing the movie yesterday. I really feel
terrible about it and I know how much you've been looking forward to seeing it!
Unfortunately, I encountered a traffic nightmare along the way. My train was
delayed for several hours due to track maintenance, and by the time I arrived at
the station I was well behind schedule. I tried to call you to let you know, but I
guess my phone battery ran out
I feel terrible because not only did I miss the movie, but I also ruined our
evening together. So Are you willing to reschedule? I'm free for the rest of the
week and would really like to make it up to you. Maybe we can watch the same
movie again or choose something else entirely? I'm happy to do whatever you
want.
Once again, from the bottom of my heart, I am extremely sorry. Please forgive
me!
