NOTICE OF RIGHT TO ACTION FOR WILFUL NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE

CONSTITUTION, VIOLATIONS OF OATH OF OFFICE, AND DECEPTIVE

PRACTICES

To whom it may concern,

This correspondence serves as a formal Notice of Claim and Right to Immediate Action
regarding the violations of the Oath of Office, violation of the Foreign Agent Registration
Act, conspiracy to deprive another of federally protected rights and activities, aggravated
illegal search and seizure, aiding and abetting, embezzlement, human trafficking, and
racketeering.

All parties involved have been duly informed of these violations, and no rebuttal has been
provided to refute these allegations. Therefore, I demand the full liquidation of the
performance bond and the Anti-Trust bond associated with the City and the County Sheriff
Office, as required by law.

It is my belief that the City, its agents, and the County Sheriff Office and its employees have
engaged in various illegal activities, including but not limited to embezzlement, human
trafficking, and racketeering. These actions have caused significant harm to myself and
others, and have blatantly violated numerous federal laws and regulations, including the
following:

1. 18 USC § 241 - Conspiracy to deprive Constitutional Rights.

2. 18 USC § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law.
3. 18 USC § 1509 - Impeding due exercise of rights by attempting to interfere.
4. 18 USC § 1510 - Obstruction, conflict of interest ties to government.
5. 18 USC § 1512 - Engaging in misleading conduct.
6. 18 USC § 1513 - Retaliation against whistleblower/victim.
7. 18 USC § 1905 - Disclosure of information generally.
8. 18 USC § 1961 - Organized Crime Control Act of 1980 (RICO).
9. 18 USC § 1985 - Conspiracy to interfere with Civil Rights.
10. 18 USC § 2261A - Interstate Stalking.
11. 18 USC § 2265 - Full Faith and Credit.
12. 18 USC § 2381 - Treason.
13. 18 USC § 2384 - Seditious Conspiracy.
14. 18 USC § 2389 - Recruiting for service against the United States of America.
15. 18 USC § 5328 - Whistleblower protection.
16. 42 USC § 1985 - Conspiracy to interfere with Civil Rights.
17. 8 USC § 1503 - Denial of Rights and privileges as a National.

Furthermore, I have strong reason to believe that the City, its agents, and the County Sheriff
Office and its constituents have conspired to deprive me and others of our federally protected

rights and activities, and have engaged in aggravated illegal search and seizure and aiding
and abetting in the commission of these illegal acts.

In accordance with 18 United States Code § 1983, I possess the right to take action against
these violations. I hereby demand immediate measures be taken to rectify these violations
and restore justice to those affected. Failure to comply may result in further legal action
being pursued against the City, its Agents, and the County Sheriff Office.

Please be advised that this matter is of utmost importance, and I anticipate a prompt and
satisfactory resolution within 10 business days. Failure to respond with a comprehensive
rebuttal will be construed as an admission of guilt for all crimes alleged.
