INSTRUCTION: HURU
Use of the AI-based interview trainer
To get started right away, you need to do the following:

1. Visit the Huru website and register successfully by confirming your e-mail address. You can use your IU
e-mail address as well as your private e-mail address.

2. After logging in again, select a top category that matches your area of interest or desired position. Then
select a specific interview within the chosen category.

3. Preparation before the recording:

• A new window will appear and you will be asked for permission to access your camera and
microphone, as the questions are to be answered verbally only.
• You will be asked 5 questions one after the other, which you should answer within a maximum of
2 minutes.
• The timer runs during the recording, but there is no time limit between the questions. You can
therefore take breaks to think or do other things.
• Think about your answer before starting the recording. The question remains visible throughout
the recording.

4. Perform the interview answer:

• Press the camera button when you are ready to start and begin your answer. Speak into the
camera.
• When you have finished your answer, press the stop button.

5. After all 5 questions have been answered, the interview results appear and you can also view your
recorded answers again. There are 4 feedback fields for each question:
• Accuracy of your answer,
• Linguistic and grammatical analysis,
• Linguistic quality and Self-confidence,
• Tips and ideal answer.

Close the results window at the top right to close the results.
You can also revisit your old results from other interviews.
