Work Experience
Head of the Warehouse Department and Superviser of the Industrialization
Process.
Marble Company For Marble and Granite.
Handling sudden and periodical inventory for some factories on which some of
the companies’ materials are stored. Imposing fines as a result of improper storage of the
company's goods, one of which reached 90 thousand EGP.
Leading one of the factories to incur the cost of sawing and half the value of the material as
a result of improper sawing of the block, resulting in damage and total loss of the entire block.

Modifying the form of incoming goods so as to include categories and accurate details and
saving all these details on the computer.
I managed to discover repeated tampering of one of the factories; consequently the
company decided to cease dealing with this factory.
Monitoring the produced quantities and comparing them to those to be exported so as to
make sure that there is no loss or misuse of products.
Planning a motion plan for the factory's vehicle resulting in an increase in the transfers of
goods and saving around 9000 EGP a month.
Supervising the polishing machines owned by the company (Arab Stone Factory/Iso
Factory). Whenever there was a request to polish products in another factory it was transformed
immediately to the polishing machines owned by the company which resulted in Saving more than
18000 EGP a month.
Constantly reminding the production department of the sawing defective goods so as to sell
such goods through open work orders.
Submitting reports on employees in the production department in case a block is sewed
without performing the industrialization process and also if some shipments are polished without
being used resulting in unnecessary exhaustion.
Participating, with qualifying office, in establishing a Quality System for warehouses.
Head of Quality Department
Marble Company For Marble and Granite.
In charge of the quality department in the company through a subordinate teamwork
consisting of 3 employees.
Establishing an organization structure which shows the workflow inside the
quality department.
I submitted a suggestion to gain the ISO certificate, which was approved by
the department; a tender was held between 7 companies; some of which were
providing companies and some where qualifying for the ISO Certificate.
Because of the expenses and costs of the Certificate and the grants which
amounts to 40 thousand EGP I suggested getting the Certificate through grants for
industry modernization.
An Industry Modernization tender was held; it was attended by a qualifying
company "El Delta Company for Consultation" which participated in establishing the
quality system in the company.
Beside my work, I was in charge (for 4 months) of supervising the position of
head of loading department where I designed a documents cycle system which
resulted in solving many problems of the department hereof.
I established a work cycle for the quality department and its relations with other
departments.
I sought to have the quality department supervising and following the work
starting from buying the marble stone through its exporting. (quality of purchasing
goods/quality of sawing/quality of industrialization/quality of separation/quality of
packing) .
The shipment orders became verified only by signature of the quality
department and verifying the validity of products to be exported.
The sawing invoice was not to be paid except with a signature of the quality
department and verifying that the boards are free of sawing defects. .
The polishing invoice would not be processed unless authorized by the quality
department, so as to make sure that the goods are free of polishing defects and
that the polished products are valid for export and have a work order.
Submitting a presentation note to the general manager containing the overdue
work orders where production depends on shipment date and ship and thus there is
no chance to verify the quality of the products or rejecting these products.
Cease dealing with two producing bodies because the quality of their products
was not appropriate for exporting.
Checking the quality of marble material prior to its exportation to the US.
Pyramids for International Shipping and Trade
Searching for an exporting source other than the companies that the
company used to deal with; among the most famous companies commonly
dealt with at the time (Misr El Noor/ Salama Group/ISO marble/Nile
Marble/Dream Stone).
Supervising the industrialization from the very beginning until the products
are set in containers.
Verifying that the material does not contain any defects whether in the
material itself or resulted from the industrialization process.
