We may accord concurrence to the proposal of the DTA, WB for extra remuneration regarding performing of extra hours of duty beyond the office
hours including holidays (between 11.03.2024 to 28.03.2024) by the officers/employees & other contractual workers etc posted in three PAOs, during
the period w.e.f 11.03.2024 to 28.03.2024 (till midnight) [excluding 17.03.2024, 24.03.2024 (Sundays) and 25.03.2024, 26.03.2024 (Doljatra &
Holiday)] as below :-

Category Amount proposed for March 2024 by PAOs

11 Working Days (from 11.03.2024) other than
the last working day. Rs 200/- per head
Last Working Day of the F.Y. 2023-24 Rs 450/- per head
Holidays (falling after 11.03.2024 till the completion
of year ending process) in case the office remains
open for work on such holidays. Rs 350/- per head
